Multi-instrumentalist Hussy has just released her newest single ‘Moths’, following on from previous track ‘I Tried’. ‘Moths’ announces her upcoming self-titled debut EP, arriving 23 July on her own label Rock Hag. The EP is written, played and produced by Hussy herself.

‘Moths’ is full of twists and turns throughout its 5 minutes, often transforming into new songs and experimenting with a distorted, lingering sound. Here’s what she said about the new single:

“Moths is a reflection on self worth and power. The frustration and struggle to feel heard and feeling underestimated/ understood is something that often plagues me. At the end of the day no one will truly understand who you are or what you're capable of. People will reflect their own projections of who they want you to be for their own ego or circumstances, so why care? This is me dealing with that.”

Hussy will also play a show at London’s The Waiting Room 7 October. Tickets available from Friday 28 here.
