More about:

LUMP have released the second single from their second album Animal (out 20 July) ‘Climb Every Wall’. Out now via Partisan Records, it's a sad yet upbeat tale.

The collaboration of Laura Marling and Mike Lindsay, LUMP are known for both their clever lyrics and poised production, with ‘Climb Every Wall' being no exception. With twinkling keys, blissful choruses, and emphatic drums, it ticks every box. Spreading a message of understanding and possible heartbreak, it eventually leads to acceptance, a positive for all.

On the band, Mike Lindsay explains:

“We created LUMP as a sort of persona and an idea and a creature, through LUMP we find our inner animal, and through that animal we travel into a parallel universe.”
