Recorded between her home on the coast in Cornwall and in London with producer JMAC (Haux, Matilda Mann, Luz, Rosie Carney), ‘Hey Stranger’ offers up a serene aura laced with a moody climax. 

 

Flynn immerses herself in stunning guitar licks and hypnotic, caramel-smooth vocals. 

Of the track, Flynn says: “This song came to me in a dream, I dreamt the melody and woke up frantically trying to find my phone to record a voice note, I still have it. It’s about seeing someone again that isn’t in your life anymore and hoping that they’re proud of who you are now.”

 

With a debut EP set in stone for later this year, Billie is to grace the stage at Boardmasters Festival too.
