WOOZE are back today with a high-energy new single in ‘Tu Es Moi’, another single taken from their upcoming Get Me To A Nunnery EP, which is arriving 22 October on Young Poet. The title is inspired by the ambiguously similar-sounding French phrases for ‘you are me’ and ‘kill me’.

Like their previous releases, ‘Tu Es Moi’ is all over the place in the best way – one part glam, one part hyper-pop and all gloriously eccentric. In a musical landscape of laid-back lo-fi, WOOZE can wake you up in an instant with 'Tu Es Moi'. Here’s how they described the song:
“Another pun-based fun chasing song that riffs off the French ambiguity between the phrases ‘you are me’ and ‘kill me’. It’s written from the perspective of a jealous, ambitious, and most probably adolescent rival. Another song that we finished very quickly in an afternoon, and is the oldest song on this EP, written a few years ago when we first started WOOZE.”
