Green Man Festival has announced that it will be going ahead this year, and it’s set to take place 19-22 August. After last year’s unfortunate cancellation, festival organisers have announced a massive lineup to celebrate the festival’s return to Wales this summer.

Lucky ticketholders to the sold-out event can catch names like Fontaines D.C., Mogwai and Matt Maltese, as well as more Gigwise favourites like Greentea Peng, Self Esteem and Drug Store Romeos on stage throughout the weekend.

Mogwai’s Stuart Braithwaite spoke about the festival:
“We are delighted to be playing Green Man festival. We’ve been looking forward to making a racket in the countryside for a long time and can’t wait to do it at Green Man, one of our favourite festivals.”
With so many festivals still getting cancelled, the good news has come as a massive relief to live music fans, and the killer lineup is the perfect way to celebrate getting back out to festivals this summer.
