Today, 16 August 2021, is the second anniversary of The Murder Capital's flawless debut album When I Have Fears. The Irish group have celebrated the date by revealing that a sophomore effort "is coming".

We called When I Have Fears "a eulogy, a sermon, a mantra" when we named it the best album of 2019. Since its release, The Murder Capital have been fairly quiet, most recently sharing a cover of FKA Twigs' 'Cellophane' for a session with the BBC and playing one of the last live gigs before the pandemic in February 2020.
The Murder Capital return to the live circuit with a sold out show at Tunbridge Wells Forum on 2 September.
