Dream pop’s dream girl is back. Releasing the third track from her upcoming album Emotional Eternal, the french singer explores motherhood in all its glory on this groove-filled tune.

Written on the first night away from her daughter, 'Alma' is an ode to motherhood. Complete with angelic violins, sweet 70s influences and Melody’s signature bilingual vocals, it feels entirely timeless as it explores the circle of life.

Talking of the track, Melody said: “To me this song is a butterfly, it feels more like a little poem to life than a song; it was the first song to arise from the echoes of silence since Bon Voyage. I think I recorded the emotion of that kind of spiritual experience of the essential yet heart-breaking separation from the pure love bubble to the world of others.”

Recorded in Sweden where they placed special focus on the groove and rhythm of the album, the album seems set to soundtrack the warmer days of spring and summer.
