On it, she remembers hitting rock bottom

More about:

Alison Wonderland's new album Loner gets another single today in the form of 'Forever', the project's opener and the fifth single already available to hear from it.

Utilising a smorgasbord of hyper-treated synths and other electronics, 'Forever' moves between downbeat verses—represented in the video by Alison on photograph day at school—and CHVRCHES-style choruses that see the artist bathed in bright light.

Writing on her social media, Alison said of the track: "I remember exactly where I was...At a Starbucks drive thru with my friend. I was truly at rock bottom...I was feeling hopeless. I looked at my friend. Tears streaming from my face. Almost begging I said to him IS IT GOING TO FEEL LIKE THIS FOREVER?! He turned to me and said "It will feel like forever until it doesn't".

2. Safe Life
3. FUCK U LOVE U
