Announcing a new EP, Lava La Rue encapsulates the sound of West London in the title track, ‘Hi-Fidelity’.

In collaboration with their childhood friend Biig Piig, the pair’s history runs deep. Meeting back in school, their mutual passion for music led them to forming Nine8, and growing as artists as part of the London based arts and music collective comprised of a range of  musicians, rappers, artists and other creatives. Now linking back up on this sun-dripped track, the whole thing drips with the vibe of a London summer.

As a true multi-hyphenated artist, the musician continues to go from strength to strength, forever levelling up their sound. And with this new EP on the horizon, we’re excited to see where they go from here.

Hi-Fidelity arrives 29 July. Lava is also playing a headline show at London's Heaven on 29 September.
