More about:

High up on ones-to-watch lists worldwide, Lime Garden return with new track ‘Bitter’. The Brighton band haven’t released anything since January, so this is a long awaited return, having already captured the attention and praise of big names like Paramore’s Hayley Williams for one.

The climax of everything thats come before, ‘Bitter’ is Lime Garden at their best. Combining strong guitars and wavey synths and electro elements, the band continue to defy any one genre to instead play in the middle of them all. Spiralling around the relatable themes of seething jealousy, the band said:

“Jealousy, anger and frustration are all channelled through this song. I think it’s important to indulge those feelings as you then realise that everything passes eventually – hence the line ‘because the grass is greener once it’s rained’”.

Hitting at bigger projects to come, will 2023 finally see a Lime Garden album? We’re keeping fingers crossed.

'Bitter' is out now.
