This year will mark the 25th Anniversary of the MOBO Awards and in order to celebrate, they’re pulling no punches. It’s already been announced that they’re bringing the show back to London and putting the awards on at the OVO Wembley Arena. Last week the nominees were announced and this week the artists who will be taking to the stage have also been confirmed.

Fans are in for a treat as none other than Kojey Radical, Tion Wayne, Fireboy DML, Cat Burns and FLO will all be performing at this year’s MOBO Awards in what promises to be one of the biggest parties and biggest celebrations of black music ever put on. “[I’m] excited to be performing at the MOBOs this year,” said Kojey Radical who has been nominated for a plethora of awards including best UK Hip Hop Act and Best Album, “to be a part of the 25-years celebration is very special”.

The MOBOs have been at the cornerstone of black music and culture for over two decades and it’s clear they don’t plan on letting such a large milestone simply pass them by. With every announcement made the show seems to be getting bigger and better, whether this is with the venue, the nominations, added extras like a full compilation album and now with the live performances.
