Picture it: we’re on the cusp of summer, we’ve ditched the icy roads and triple layers for funky shirts and cold pints, you’re stood in Brockwell Park with close friends and hear resonating through the speakers a prominent “YES LAWD!” Well, that’s exactly what you’ll get at 2023’s Cross The Tracks as Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge’s ‘NxWorries’ have been added to the ever-better-looking line-up.

Also heading to Cross The Tracks and joining the best teeth in the game are Children of Zeus, Gilles Peterson, Kelis, BCUC, Channel One, Yazmin Lacey and many, many more. This eclectic mix of funk, soul and jazz is really shaping up as one not to be missed. Placed in Brixton, one of the musical hubs of London, it brandishes a beam of light in this dark tunnel of grit on the roads and coats on cardigans on jumpers.

As well as the 70+ hours of music that are going to be heading to the festival, punters can also enjoy bespoke bars, loads of food from different vendors, luxury toilets and large chill out areas. Cross The Tracks continues to prove itself as the cultural epicentre of funk and soul festivals, not only with its music but with the way that guests are treated the minute they step through the door.

If you are looking for an excuse to move your hips, drink and eat well this summer then the solution could well lie at Brockwell Park.
