More about: Twisterella Festival
This North-Eastern editor would like to remind you that there is a whole world of glorious northern land beyond Manchester… And up in Middlesbrough, Twisterella festival is making a lot of noise.
Supporting independent venues and boosting the economy with more passion that the government have ever know, Twisterella is a multi-venue music festival hosting the hottest new talent. Previously playing a role in the emergence of Sam Fender and Dream Wife, put on by promoters that were early advocates for names like The 1975, Wolf Alice and Alt-J - it’s not one to sleep on.
Announcing their first wave of artists for 2023, Dutch Uncles have bagged a headline slot with other names including Opus Kink, Avalanche Party, Ciel, Cherym, Humour, Cathy Jain and more. It all goes down on the 14th October.
So if The Great Escape is too far south and you still want a slice of the talent spotting, this will rival any other emerging showcase going down this year.
