More about: Fräulein
Prep your ear drums, new Fräulein is here. Announcing a new EP, Pedestal, arriving in June, the duo have shared a teaser in the shape of EP closer, ‘Brand New’.
With clear 90s grunge influence, picking up notes of PJ Harvey, Hole and Radiohead, ‘Brand New’ is a softer follow up to the huge track ‘Pet’. Talking about the track, the band said: “It’s a song about trying to shed all of the negativity and low thoughts explored in the first half of the EP, trying to start fresh and just express yourself. But with that comes some sacrifices too - it’s a song about putting yourself out there, barefaced and real”.
With a couple more months and surely some more teasers to come before the EP, we’re keeping ears pricked for more.
The Pedestal EP arrives June 30th.
