- More Peter Doherty
Pete Doherty has revealed that he recently found a headless deer carcass in his Wiltshire home.
The Babyshambles frontman, who relocated to the country last summer, made the admission in a forthcoming MTV documentary, Pete Doherty in 24 hours.
"Someone brought in a dead deer while I was out", Doherty said. “Somehow they got in and left the deer in the house. That was quite terrifying.
“I'd been in the house for a couple of days and then I found this rotting, headless carcass of a deer in one of the far rooms."
Doherty moved to the village of Durley, near Malborough, last year in a bid to tackle his problems with drugs.
As previously reported on Gigwise, tickets for the singer's forthcoming UK tour have gone on sale this morning and are available here.
The 12-date jaunt will coincide with the release of Doherty's debut solo album, 'Grace/Wastelands'.
