Amy Winehouse has been serenaded over the telephone by Maroon Five singer Adam Levine, it’s been reported.
Levine was apparently coaxed into speaking to Winehouse by her friend Remi Nicole.
It is understood that the pair met on Sunday at the Coachella festival in Los Angeles.
“Remi was with Maroon 5 and called Amy,” a source told The Sun newspaper.
“Adam sang her their hit ‘She Will Be Loved’. I heard Amy singing along.”
Winehouse was forced to pull out of the event earlier this year due to visa problems.
The singer is currently on the Caribbean island of St Lucia recording her as-yet-untitled third album.
