- More Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson was in general good health when he died in June, although scars were found on his body.
Details of the 50-year-old singer's condition have emerged in a leaked coroner's report.
According to the Associated Press, Jackson weighed 9st 10lb, which was acceptable for a man of his height.
His heart was also strong, with no plaque build-up, and he had no obvious physical problems.
However, the autopsy showed that Jackson had puncture marks on his arms, as well as scars behind each ear and beside each of his nostrils.
His worst problem was “chronically inflamed lungs”, but the document said this was not serious enough to contribute to his death.
Dr Zeev Kain, who reviewed the report, said: "His overall health was fine. The results are in normal limits.”
In August, Jackson's death was ruled as homicide caused by the powerful sedatives Propofol and Lorazepam.
Reports have claimed the drugs were administered by Jackson's personal physician Dr Conrad Murray.
