Lady GaGa has announced plans to re-release her debut album with an additional eight new songs.
They include the lead single 'Bad Romance', which was debuted during Alexander McQueen's catwalk show at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday.
In a statement, the singer said the new songs were based on the “monsters” she had encountered touring the original album.
Lady GaGa revealed that one track, a ballad entitled 'Speechless', was written about her father.
"I wrote every piece on the road — no songs about money, no songs about fame,” she said. “I wrote it for my fans, so I wrote everything in between."
The singer's debut topped both the UK and US album charts upon its release last year and has sold in excess of four million copies worldwide.
'The Fame: Monster' is due to be released on November 24, while 'Bad Romance' will arrive earlier in the month.
