John Lydon Weighs Into Debate About X Factor's John and Edward

We kid you not...

Sex Pistol John Lydon has muscled into the debate that's currently shaking the pop world to the core - should John and Edward have been voted out of the X Factor?!

Seemingly desperate for publicity, the 53-year-old singer, who recently reformed Public Image Ltd, reckons the twins should have been voted off by Simon Cowell last Saturday as they can't sing.

He moaned to the Evening Standard: “They're just lazily untalented. It's not fair, it's not right and a perfectly good singer (Lucie Jones) gets voted off while that dopiness gets promoted. How is that singing?”

A galaxy of stars including Westlife, Robbie Williams, Leona Lewis and tennis player Andrew Murray have all had their say about 'Jedward' in the past week.

Don't worry, we won't bore you with their comments.

  • What a lazy article this is. Desperate for publicity? the man answered a question. Maybe the writer of this should leave his name off of it, or is he desperate for publicity.
