Lady Gaga has sparked fears after she appeared tired as she left London following a promotional visit.

The singer was pictured leaving her hotel in the capital on Monday night (May 16).

Dressed in a leather jacket and flanked by an assistant, Lady Gaga tried to cover her face as she got into a waiting car.

The singer has spent the last four days in the UK promoting her new album 'Born This Way', due to be released on Monday (May 23).

Her visit included an appearance on The Graham Norton Show and a headlining performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend, which has been given a mixed reviews by critics.

She also attended the Cannes Film Festival last week, where she performed recent single 'Judas'.
