Amy Winehouse's 'Back To Black' Becomes UK's Highest Selling Album This Century

Amy Winehouse's 'Back To Black' has become the UK's highest selling album of the century so far.

The late singer's second album has now over taken James Blunt's 2005 debut Back to Bedlam as the highest selling album of the 21st Century.

Originally released in 2006, 'Back To Black has seen an increase in sales following the singer's sudden death last month.

'Back To Black' has now sold 3,259,100 copies since its release and is currently still in the UK's Top-Ten album chart.

As previously reported on Gigwise, Tony Bennett will pay tribute to Amy Winehouse at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.

The ceremony is set to take place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on August 28.
