The Prodigy will debut new tracks from their as-yet-untitled sixth album when they headline Download Festival next year.
The band will headline the event along with Metallica and Black Sabbath at Donington Park from June 8-10 2012.
Frontman Liam Howlett has now revealed that the band are back in the studio working on the follow-up to their 2009 studio album 'Invaders Must Die/
In an interview with Kerrang!, Flint also said that the show will be the band's only appearance at a festival for the whole of 2012.
Speaking about their headline Download spot, Flint said: "We are definitely going to bring the party and make sure it rocks. It's the only festival appearance we are doing in 2012, so we're going to make sure it's really special. We're also going to be dropping some of the new stuff that we have been doing in the studio. It's going to be ****ing ferocious."
