A man who found his computer full of child porn after attempting to illegally download an album by former Guns N' Roses rocker Slash has been banned from spending time alone with his daughter.
Nigel Robinson, from Hull, admits attempting to illegally download the album, but instead of the rock record, instead found his computer full of child porn images.
"When I opened some of them [the files] up, I realised they were young girls. I immediately called my wife," Robinson told BBC News. "I was panicking. I asked her what she thought I should do and her response was to call the police.
"I was willing to take it on the chin for downloading the music. I half expected to get arrested for that but felt it was important because someone was obviously uploading this."
East Riding social services have released a statement declaring that Robinson should not be allowed unsupervised access to children while the case is investigated fully. The case could take until the end of the year to be resolved.
