During the interview Usher reveals how Michael Jackson and Bobby Brown were his idols growing up, and how he had to convince people that one day he'd be like them.
The pair also talk about Usher's work with Puff Daddy as a young artist and how that helped nurture his talents, and discuss discovering Justin Bieber.
Usher is currently keeping busy as a judge on the US version of The Voice, where he says he's trying to find a new Justin Bieber.
