Newcomers The 1975 have been confirmed to support Muse at their massive Emirates Stadium gig on 26 May, 2013. Ticket details below.

The Top Twenty 'Chocolate' stars join Bastille and Dizzee Rascal as support at the show, which will see the Manchester band perform to their biggest audience to date. Biffy Clyro and Paramore have also recently been announced as support for Muse's European live dates this summer with the Scottish rock act set to warm up the Muse concert-goers in Amterdam, Paris, Turin and Berlin.

The 1975 recently premiered their new single 'The City', which is set to propel the four-piece once again into the UK charts. Speaking of the choice to release the track, frontman Matt Healy told Gigwise: "We genuinely did not expect our popularity to accelerate in the way that it did after we released 'Sex and 'Chocolate' - so we thought it was very important that we took this early opportunity to expose as many people as possible to music that we feel defines us."
