Babyshambles have released another taste of their forthcoming album. Check out the new song 'Farmer's Daughter' below.
The band recently released 'Nothing Comes To Nothing' as a single, and 'Farmer's Daughter' continues with a similarly bright rock and roll sound but slows the pace down a little.
The new album is entitled 'Sequel to the Prequel', is due for release on September 2 and will be the first offering from Doherty and pals since 2007. If 'Farmer's Daughter' is anything to go by it sounds as if the band has spent the time well refining and tightening their style.
The song manages to mingle slow almost country and western sounds with the Band's signature raucous rock and roll sound.

Babyshambles will release their new album on 2 September, 2013. The band recently revealed the Damien Hirst designed artwork for the album. Check it out below.
