Star confirms follow up to Born To Die at the Hollywood premiere of her short film, Tropico

Lana Del Rey has revealed the title of her second album, meaning we can all forget about those retirement rumours once and for all.

The star was filmed on stage at the Hollywood premiere of her new movie Tropico, discussing plans for the follow up to Born To Die. The new album will be called Ultraviolence, but no release date or tracks have been confirmed.

"I really just wanted us all to be together so I could close the chapter before I release my new album, Ultraviolence," she told her fans, who responded to the news with screams and cheers.

The star was attending the premiere for Tropico, which is released online today (5 December 2013), at Hollywood's Cinerama Dome last night, after inviting fans to attend the screening.

Lana Del Rey stars in the short film based around the stories of sin and redemption from the bible. The clip also sees the 'Video Games' singer dancing in strip clubs and praying, edited amongst clips of Jesus, Elvis and old movie footage.

The short film is released in full on 5 December, after months of delays.
