Fans were left disappointed from leaving early, after Kate Bush's Before The Dawn show was delayed by over an hour last night (26 September) due to a power cut.
The event, which is taking place every night at London's Hammersmith Eventim Apollo until 1 October, was due to start at 7.30pm - but power failures meant that the show still hadn't started by 9pm.
As The Telegraph reports, after the crowd began to get agitated, an announcement was made saying: "Ladies and gentlemen I have some good news. We have a new start time for the show of 9.05pm... We want you to see the full performance but this means a finish time of 12-12.10am."
(1/7) Hello @EventimApollo ... I was at your shambles of a Kate Bush concert last night, luckily I stayed despite it running 90 mins late.

Kate Bush show suffering major power outage. Show running 90 mins late. Not sure if this is symbolic.

Power cut at Hammersmith Odeon last night meant Ms Bush was 1.5 hrs late coming onstage. But after 35 years it was worth the wait. #katebush

The crowd were then told that if they left before 9.45pm, they would receive a refund for their tickets.
@EventimApollo Felt so sorry for those who had to leave the Kate Bush gig at 9.45 to get a refund. Poor customer service and information.

Gutted to have had to leave the Kate Bush gig early because of the delay, but woah. That was quite something!

Gutted for anyone who had to leave the #KateBush gig early tonight. Could be a roaring last minute trade for Hammersmith rooms tonight

When Bush finally did arrive on stage, she told the crowd: "Thank you so much for being so patient. It was entirely beyond our control, but we hope that you enjoy the show."
