U2 frontman Bono has revealed his band's hopes to tour their latest album in massive UK venues such as The O2 Arena.
The band released their new album, Songs Of Innocence, by uploading it onto the devices of everyone with an iTunes account.
Though many U2 fans were thrilled by the offering, some felt 'violated' by having the album on their phones without having asked for it, and were more than happy to punch a gift horse in the mouth by demanding a way to delete it.
That hasn't deterred Bono et al though - speaking to Absolute Radio about a tour that will be starting next year, the singer described how "these songs are the songs that, I think, will play themselves."
He also admitted, as Digital Spy reports, "We're gonna try and play The O2 and places like that, more indoors than outdoors this time, but we'll see where it takes us."
Songs Of Innocence gets its official release, for those not lucky enough to have an iTunes account, on 13 October.
