More about: Muse
Muse have just premiered their latest single ‘Dead Inside’, and you can listen to it below.
The track is set to be the opener on the band’s forthcoming seventh studio album Drones. This is the follow-up to their recently released track ‘Psycho’, which garnered many comparisons to the band’s rockier Origin Of Symmetry/Absolution roots. This one's a stomper that is equally reminiscent of classic Muse, and further proves at Drones will likely be one of this year's best releases.

Speaking of the new single, frontman Matt Bellamy said: "This is where the story of the album begins, where the protagonist loses hope and becomes 'Dead Inside', therefore vulnerable to the dark forces introduced in 'Psycho' and which ensue over the next few songs on the album, before eventually defecting, revolting and overcoming these dark forces later in the story.”
Drones, which was co-produced by the band and Robert John “Mutt” Lunge, is set to hit shelves on June 8.
