Conor Oberst's band Desaparecidos are set to release their first album in 13 years.
The band initially formed in 2001 and released only one album, Read Music / Speak Spanish, in 2002. They had a few reunions over the years, playing a handful of shows and releasing a few singles. On June 23, Oberst and co. will release new LP Payola, their first in 13 years, via Epitaph Records.
To coincide with the album announcement, the band have also shared new track ‘City On The Hill’, featuring Cursive's Tim Kasher, which you can stream below.

Also set to appear on the album, which was co-produced by Mike Mogis, are Against Me!'s Laura Jane Grace and So So Glos. The album will include several previously released tracks, such as ‘MariKKKopa’, ‘Backsell', 'Anonymous', 'The Left Is Right', 'Te Amo Camila Vallejo', and The Underground Man".
