Former Oasis guitarist, Bonehead, has given his backing to Liam Gallagher's antics at The Brit Awards.
The gobby singer, of course, threw Oasis' 'Best Album of the Past 30 Years' award into the crowd at the Earls Court ceremony prompting host Peter Kay to call him a “knobhead.”
Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, Bonehead - real name Paul Arthurs - congratulated his former bandmate.
“I knew we'd won the award and I knew Liam was going along,” he said. “But I didn't know I'd be getting a mention. I'm pleased though - I was involved in that album after all (What's the Story Morning Glory?).
“I think good on him for chucking the award into the audience - it sums The Brits up really. I mean Lady Gaga winning? Please!”
Bonehead quit Oasis in 1999 after eight years with the band.
