Exclusive shots of Annie Clark's headline set

29 August, 2014: St Vincent returns to the beautiful End Of The Road Festival for an utterly magnificent headline show. Check out our stunnning and exclusive photos here.
After topping the bill last year with friend and collaborator David Byrne, Annie Clark descended upon one of the UK's most idyllic and eclectic boutique festivals to engulf the huge arena with her arresting persona and stunning show - setting the benchmark for the rest of the weekend.
With a fully-choreographed performance like a heavenly droid from a dystopian future, she drew from across her impressive catalogue to mix wild firecracker guitar skills, haunting romantic vocals and mechanical dance moves to deliver a set worthy of a headliner. From the jerking art-rock of 'Rattlesnake' and 'Birth In Reverse' to the bubbling electro insania of 'Bring Me Your Loves', as she dominates the stage like an android and rolls down her stage prop pyramid, she looks every bit the icon, and a true original.
