Canadian rapper Drake has officially dropped three new songs on his ‘octobersveryown’ SoundCloud account.
It is unknown when these tracks were recorded, but they have been produced by frequent Drake collaborators such as Boi-1da and 40.
Among the tracks is ‘How Bout Now’ which leaked earlier this week and samples Jodeci’s ‘My Heart Belongs To You.’ Other tracks ‘Heat Of The Moment’ and ‘6 God’ display the variety in Drake’s performing and songwriting abilities, with the former possessing a soulful, reflective mood and the latter containing a much more angsty and audacious attitude.

It is unknown whether these tracks will appear on Drake’s forthcoming fourth LP ‘Views From The 6’ but it is most likely that these are cuts from the sessions for the album that Drizzy wanted to share with fans.
Earlier this month, Drake surpassed The Beatles for the number of singles to appear in the Billboard top 100, with 72 tracks from the rapper charting in the states. This was added to a long list of achievements for the Canadian rapper this year, who has recently finished a sold out US tour with Lil’ Wayne as well as hosting the ESPY awards in July.
