More Info: Still the undisputed king of UK grime, Dizzee Rascal returns with ‘Flex,’ or, as the video would lead you to believe, the ‘Flex Factor.’ Yes, it seems that Dizzee has gone and fallen in love with reality TV shows since his last single. The only difference is the Flex Factor isn’t exactly hunting for singing ‘talent,’ instead it’s more concerned with grinding and winding (whatever that is). Anyway, featuring a cameo appearance in the video from Mike Skinner and some bloke of children’s TV, ‘Flex’ is released on November 19th.
