The National have taken a light-hearted dig at Arcade Fire in a new comedy vido as part of Comedy Bang! Bang! Watch it below.
The video sees comedian Scott Aukerman playing the host of a TV show called Retool The School, in which he gives a school's music department a much-needed makeover: "We can't actually use this music room because it's infested with rats."
That's where The National come on - they're hired as the school's exciting new music teachers. Problems arise when the show's presenter reveals that the school are expected to pay $300,000 for the band's wages.
At this point, Matt Berninger steps in to say, "Who do you think you're dealing with here? Those pussies in Arcade Fire? The National gets their cheque."

At the end of the video, the presenter steals the school's children by playing his magic lute.
