Pete Doherty has reportedly been busy working on solo material.
Apparently the Babyshambles frontman has been tucked away in a ‘secret’ West Country studio laying down some tracks.
It’s claimed that he’s had no contact at all with his fellow Babyshamblers – Adam Ficeck, Drew McConnell and Patrick Walden – while at the studio.
Doherty has allegedly used the time since the Babyshambles tour ended last month to record the material, claims the NME.
However, such claims seem to counteract yesterday’s reports that Pete Doherty has checked himself into rehab in Arizona to finally beat the crack-cocaine addiction that is blighting his life.
