Foals are believed to be playing a secret set at Readinng Festival this afternoon (Saturday 29 August, 2015).
The band have long been rumoured for a surprise appearance, after Reading and Leeds boss Melvin Benn dropped a heavy hint to NME earlier this month, saying: "Wild horses wouldn’t let me be able to tell you who the secret guests are. You can take from that whatever you want."
Whisperings are now circling around Reading that the band will indeed play a secret set, in a currently vacant slot on the NME/BBC Radio One stage at 1.30pm. The band have since tweeted this image with the words 'good morning Reading':

The band this week dropped their huge new album, What Went Down. Reviewing the record, we hailed it as "an intense experience from start to finish, Foals drag us to the tempest and pull us back into safety just before the cliff crumbles. What Went Down is the most daring and exciting record since their debut - an uncompromising triumph."
