Grimes has revealed the sensory overload that is her 'Kill V. Maim' video. Watch it below.
The track is taken from Grimes' critically acclaimed (though somewhat divisive) 2015 album Art Angels. Given how much autonomy the musician likes to have over her art, it's hardly surprising that the accompanying video was directed, animated and edited by Grimes herself, AKA Claire Boucher.
There are four main locations in which the video is set, each as wonderfully garish as the next - an abandoned underground station, a CGI city highway, a warehouse filled with metal structures, and some sort of blood-drenched nightclub.At the end, ominously, the words "YOU DIED" flash up in red.
