Previously announced were Adele, Muse and Coldplay alongside the likes of PJ Harvey, ZZ Top, Jeff Lynne's ELO and Jess Glynne.
Now, joining them is a huge bill that includes Foals, Beck, New Order, Disclosure, The 1975, Grimes, Sigur Ros, M83, James Blake, Bastille, Bring Me The Horizon, Art Garfunnkel, Two Door Cinema Club, Guy Garvey, St Etienne, Savages, Vince Staples and many more.
Check out the full line-up below.
Those of you who don't have tickets will get the chance to try again when there will be a re-sale of unwanted and refunded tickets in April.
Hundreds more names are yet to be announced, but what we do know is that there are plans to move the location of the John Peel Tent, and a massive tribute to David Bowie has been planned by screening his legendary set from Glasto 2000 in full.
