Dookie and American Idiot legends Green Day are embarking on a global tour this year.
Having just announced the North American tour for August, Green Day have also revealed that British band Catfish + The Bottlemen will be joining them meaning a phenomenal boost in exposure for the band who are massive in the UK and about to get a whole lot bigger in the States and Canada.
The six-week tour begins on 1 August in Auburn, Washington, before completing their final night on 13 September at San Diego’s Sleep Train Amphitheatre.

In May last year, Catfish + The Bottlemen’s frontman Van McCann said to Gigwise, “Our fans like having a band that release an album every year, and we’re ready for that. The next one is ready. We’ll go round the world once then crack on with that.”
Catfish + The Bottlemen fans can be sure to expect a new album from the British breakthrough band in 2017 then - if all goes to plan.
