Tame Impala head honcho Kevin Parker has threatened to sue a Chinese blueberry Milk company for shamelessly ripping-off the Currents track 'The Less I Know The Better' in one of their adverts. Compare the tracks below.

"I mean COME ON GUYS" Parker began his post as he shared the clip on Instagram. "at least put some effort in". Signing-off with '#Lawsuit #nowitsmyturn', it's clear the multi-instrumentalist is planning on taking legal action.

Parker's "Now it's my turn" refers to the band Skull Snaps threatening to sue Tame Impala because of similarities between 'Eventually' and the one of the 70s funk band's tracks.

Blatant copyright infringement aside, the company have done a bloody good job of replicating the track Parker previously called "dorky white disco-funk". Need a new touring band, Kev?

Meanwhile, Tame Impala are taking a hiatus in 2017. Since the critically acclaimed record Currents, Parker has helped produce Lady Gaga's latest album Joanne, while keyboardist Jay Watson is busy with Pond.
