The bitch fight that Elton John started has the makings of a long running feud between the piano player and Madonna.
After Elton made rude remarks regarding Madonna’s lip synching after she was nominated for a Best Live Performance Award, he publicly announced that he deserved her an apology.
However, Madonna was never going to take that sort of comment lying down and has hit back at the bespectacled little man.
As reported by the Daily Express, Madonna sent Elton a box of chocolates with a very sarcastic note attached.
She apparently wrote: "Obviously, you just have too much time on your hands. I figure if you eat all of these you can spend the next six months in the gym trying to work them off. Of course, the easiest way for you to lose 10 pounds is to just take off your wig. Love, Madge."

The box of chocs also contained a photograph of herself with the message ‘The Bitch Is Back’.
