More about: BlackWaters
BlackWaters have shared their new cut 'Forget Myself', another step forwards for the Sheffield band following the excellent 'Long Way To The Sun' earlier this year.

While their last single focused on "a clear guitar dialogue and...vocalist Max Tanner’s best and most appealing performance to date", 'Forget Myself' finds its greatest strength in a melody that lodges itself in the ear. It's a verse and chorus combo that will please BlackWaters fans and win over new listeners looking for something to sing back at live shows and at home, into a hairbrush.
Speaking about the track, Max elaborates, "'Forget Myself' is about shaking off all your insecurities and getting on with doing what the fuck you choose to do and not reaching to live up to expectations for other people. It talks of getting lost in a moment, it feels good sometimes and particularly nowadays.”
Gigwise looks forward to hearing even more from the Sheffield quartet...
