More about:

Nancy Sinatra in full stalker mode combined with your favourite dark folk tune - that's what you get from Odina in her brand new single '1,2,3,4'. Released with a psychotic new video, it's an irresistible statement from the London-based Catalan songwriter.

With her ripe, fragile vocals reminiscent of Daughter's best and gentle, finger-picked guitars, '1,2,3,4' perfectly sets up themes of betrayal and heartbreak which explode from Odina in her extraordinary, simmering performance.

Accompanying visuals show the Catalan star embody a chic but sinister figure on a London rooftop while her devastated alter ego toys with a knife in the kitchen. Crimson glitter appears on the blade.

On the song and its video, Odina said: "This song is about how love is a game that may inevitably lead to mutual self-destruction. Sometimes ideas come to me all at once, musically and visually and in this case after I wrote '1,2,3,4' I knew the visual had to feature a knife, for this sort of twisted game concept."

Watch out for more from Odina - we definitely will be.
