Angel Olsen has announced a brand new album Whole New Mess. The record will arrive sooner than expected - in August! - and has been unveiled with the title single this afternoon.

Moody, dark and introspective, the new single is a beautiful dose of what made All Mirrors such a popular album. Far-off guitars, close composition and haunting vocals create an atmosphere of total agonising agony.

"I had gone through this breakup, but it was so much bigger than that—I’d lost friendships, too. When you get out of a relationship, you have to examine who you are or were in all the relationships. I wanted to record when I was still processing these feelings. These are the personal takes, encapsulated in a moment" Olsen said.
