The track is unflinching and uncompromising, a sprawling display of focused anger and energy. The band said of 'Borderline': "it takes to task the hegemonic establishment for its complicity in the very brutality it claims to speak against."

 

The release comes complete with B-side 'Declare', an anthem that calls out complacency when dealing with systemic oppression. Following on from the band's Italia 90 III EP in 2019, we see a band who haven't lost their streak of blending urgent commentary with a hint of joyful sardonicism.
