Wyldest shows off her guitar skills today with the jangly, beautiful new single 'Beggar', which is part of May's album Monthly Friend. 

Out on Hand in Hive today, 'Beggar' combines the mournful guitar and introspective vocals of Soccer Mommy with some of the melancholy-tinged hope of The Smiths. 

Wyldest said that: “Beggar’ was written at a time when my insomnia got particularly bad iafter I’d read The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkings. I was thinking about a theory he’d referenced called ‘Prisoners Dilemma’; a paradox where two people are acting in their own interests for a mutual outcome.
