Poppy is back with new single ‘Fear Of Dying’, a cover of ‘90s shock rockers Jack Off Jill. After her nomination for Best Metal Performance at this years GRAMMY awards, she’s proving herself to be an unstoppable force when it comes to mixing alternative genres to make bold music.

It makes sense, then, that she would cover Jack Off Jill, the ‘90s rock band who combined punk and goth sounds to make exciting alternative music. Poppy is perfectly suited to a song like this with high-energy guitars and vocals.

Although nothing has been announced yet, it seems that we can expect more from Poppy in 2021, following on from last year’s critically acclaimed nu-metal tinged ‘I Disagree’.
