The second single released from Thackray’s upcoming debut Yellow (out 2 July), is a wonderful blend of jazz, soul and folk resulting in a song as beautiful as it is delicate about the intricacies of mental health.

The sonic detailing of this track is next to none. Offbeat drums paired with musing guitar notes flow effortlessly together, as if it was what they were destined to do. The addition of gospel-esque backing singers complete the track in a bleakly beautiful fashion.
